68+ PAX celebrated 11 Years of Fitness, Fellowship and Faith in Columbia, SC!
The list of events included a 5.6 mile ruck led by Fallout starting at 0500, an 11 mile run led by Tubesocks at 0615, the main bootcamp at the Statehouse led by Fallout, Cess, and the new Nantan at 0700 finally the morning finished with breakfast at 0800 provided by provided by Northeast Columbia’s best chef, Fenway!
During our bootcamp Nant’an Cesspool handed the mantle of leadership over to SweetTart as the new Nant’an of F3 Columbia.
