4) Ab Cross at the T intersection by tennis courts – same concept but with 3 outside points and a middle, 33 iron cross on outside, 33 flutters (2 Ct) in the middle, 100 of each
5) Mosey to gym parking
6) calf mountain up gym stairs – 1 rep -> 15
