Better late than never right?!?!?!— 30 merkins, 30 LBCs, 30 Squats, 1 burpee counting up to 10 — 10 stops every 1/4 mile or so. Also 300 Monkey Humpers Mixed in. Great work as always! Sorry about the delay in posting!
