Circut: 20 dips at corner of SF and Briarfield, jog to Shannon Springs 20 merkins, jog to Oak Hill 20 big boy sit ups, jog back to Shannon Springs 20 merkins, jog back to Briarfield 19 dips and so on
Pax enjoyed this circuit for about 30 minutes until the count 15. (In hindsight, the distance between stations may have been a bit long)
