Cheer Squad

26 Pax and 3 FNGs enjoyed a warm morning in Rectory Square for more cardio than the Pax were accustomed to.  Neon had promised an easy workout so coupons were left in their hiding place. Q introduced a new exercise affectionatly called the Cheerleader.  It’s a modified side straddle hop and squat.  Requires coordination and no shame.The Thang:WarmupSSH x 20 IC
