THE THANG: Mosey from parking lot to Duncan St. 5 MERKINS. Instructions are given to run at fast pace down Duncan to Sims Park basketball court, Stopping at each intersection for 5 merkins. BBS at courts while waiting for the six. Pair up. Partner 1 runs over to playground and does 5 pullups. Partner 2 does full court suicides. Switch. Rinse and repeat 4 rounds. Round 2 is 4 pullups and bear crawl full court. Round 3 is 3 pullups and Broad jump full court. Round 4 is 5 pullups and suicides. Next is Mary time with IC flutters, OYO iron cross and IC heel tap crunches. Move back to Duncan St. Form 2 lines for Indian run back towards Hand with stops for burpees. About halfway back we switch to a group mosey, stopping occasionally for the six and doing merkins or squats. 5 Burpees at Woodrow. Take it all the way back to the flag. Finish last minute with IC Freddie Mercury’s. DONE.
