THE THANG: Jog out to the road for a vote. Left won, so we went left, or maybe it was right. 🤷. Two line Indian Run around the hood stopping a few times for partner Iron Cross and Decline Merkins. Frogger across Devin st for some squats to honor our fire service and vote. Burpees won the vote over Little Baby Arm Circles. Next stop the church steps for a Calf Raise O-Rama! Frogger back across Devine St.
MARY: Stop in the most under used part of HMS for 6 minutes of Mary.
