Mosey to the wall at the top of the stairs and group up in 4s.
1 pax in BTTW, 2 pax in wall sits, 1 pax runs down the hill for 5 burpees and returns. Rotate through until everyone gets 1 turn at burpees, 1 turn at BTTW, and 2 turns at wall sits
Mosey down to the track for tree suicides (start/stop at the track plus 3 tree stops). Each time you get to a tree, do the exercise. Each time you get to start/stop, do that exercise.
Round 1: Trees – 5 plank jacks, SS – 20 flutter kicks
Round 2: Trees – 5 shoulder taps each side, SS – 5 burpees (thanks Buttermaker)
