WARMUP: Stretches (believe it or not!); IWs/Hillbillies/TTTs/Plank Jacks, etc.
THE THANG:
-Circle formation
-Each Pax, in succession, selects a card from plastic bag. All Pax executed exercises listed on card. Included: Burpees, Merkins, WAMs, HTHs, Decline/Incline Merks, and other exercises.
-Mosey to other parking lot (Cheese Grater) for four corners.
-Q selects a 🎾 from the bucket and directs Pax to do what is sez on the 🎾; start at one corner of parking lot and work your way to all four corners doing a certain # of exercise reps at each corner. All Pax broke a sweat, so mission accomplished!
-Ended with fast rep exercises for approx 5 mins.
