Fun with logs has become a last bootcamp day of the month thing…or, YHC has made it a thing. Can’t really tell if the PAX enjoy this one or not…but it’s a solid workout and by the 4th rotation, muscles are weak, sweat has occurred, and the black lines on the bleacher stairwells are blurry …
