BONEYARD FIELD TRIP…..

Conditions:  75 degrees and muggy (typical)

Took the Boneyardigans for a little field trip Saturday morning.  Thanks to Dirty Bird and Netflix for the use of their PKPs.  We travelled down to the track by way of PKPs.

Blocks were set up for the PAX on the track (thank you Dirty Bird for the set-up assistance) and we split into pairs.  Here’s what we did.

While your partner Boneyard Mosey’d around the track, you were responsible for the following:

10 x Merkins on your block

20 x BBSUs with feet in your block

30 x Iron Crosses

40 x curls with your block

50 x chest press with your block

Plank until your partner got back to you.  We did this twice while jamming out to the greatest hits of CCR (Creedance Clearwater Revival)

Then, we Boneyard Mosey’d to the stadium Pressbox with our blocks.  The PAX then found the latest and greatest toys added to the Graveyard scenario…..logs!

We split into two groups of three and 1 group of four

Here’s what we did:

Each group is responsible for completing 300 seated log presses while moving the log side to side during your press.  Once finished, your group navigates the pressbox stairs to the top and completes 20 squats each.  Then back down to your log.

Then, each group is responsible for completing 300 log presses while lying down.  Once finished, your group navigates the pressbox stairs and completes 20 squats each at the top.  Then back down to your log and we put them up for storage for a later date.

Then, we moseyed back to our PKPs to complete the field trip back to the Boneyard Flag.  It was a lot of fun.  Everybody put in great work for a Saturday morning.  Everybody showed for Coffeeteria!

Great work dudes!
