WARMUP: Introduction to IPC week one and explanation of the exercises
THE THANG: Three Rounds with MOT of 20 yds total after every 5 minute timer. Rinse and repeat until your 45 minute work out is done. Each round is 10 reps of alternating exercises until you get to 80 reps total. Round 1 is Flying Squirrels and WWIII sit ups. Round 2 is Block over Burpees and No Cheat Merkins. Round 3 is Thrusters and Jillian Michaels.
