THE THANG:
Introducing F3 Arcade. Each set of exercises is worth a given amount of points. Pax may complete the exercises in any order and any combination desired to maximize points. Completion of the total panel of exercises yields a bonus of 20 points for one round, 40 points for a second. After each set of exercises, pax jog across the field and back before beginning the next set.

5 points: 10 Little Baby Arm circles each way
10 points: 10 Box Jumps, 10 Dips, 10 Decline Merkins
10 points: 30 sec. Air squat, 10 Merkins, 10 LBCs
10 points: 10 Lunges, 30 sec. Plank, 10 Freddie Mecury’s

10 points: 20 SSH, 15 Monkey Humpers, 15 Plank Jacks

25 points: 15 Burpees.
Total panel is with 100 points + 20 point bonus
