WARMUP: 10 SSH, slow-fast squats, merkins, thru the tunnel IC x 10

THE THANG: line up on the field and use your imagination to picture a lined football field. Run to the “10 yard line” for 10 merkins/1 burpee, run to the “end zone” and back to the “20” for 9 merkins/2 burpees. Rinse and repeat until all the PAX reach the far end zone.

Mosey to the park, making 2 stops for 30 flutter kicks and 20 LBCs.

At the park, complete 3 rounds of BLIMP (10 burpees, lunges, iron cross, merkins, pull ups/plank jacks/pulse ups) with a lap in between.

Finally, modify 1st and 10 with 10 LBCs/1 big boy sit-up without the running in between.

Mosey back to the flag for a few random exercises before time
