WARMUP: Nails got it started with 4 Pax and by the end of the warmup, there were 9! Popular guy!
THE THANG:Nails tortured us with the slow cadence on most exercises as we went off campus. Dip and Incline sets in front of the animal hospital, performed in cadence and slowly, were a real crowd pleaser! Burpees at the speed bump, wall sits, a visit to the club were we mourned the loss of beauty, Lt. Dan’ed down Michigan to the sand pile where we, you guessed it, slowly did a bunch of exercises with bricks. The return to the soft pavement was welcomed until Nails made us do a ring of fire for some overtime work. Ran less than a mile, but as Prenup observed, we made up for it with all the arm work!
