WARMUP: An assortment of classic exercises. SSH, Windmills, IW, Hillbillies, LBAC, Squats, Mary Work, Merkins and of course…….Finkel Swings!!
THE THANG: Sprint to Cone 4-100 SSH. One pax counts so rest can mumblechater. Sprint back 100 more. Sprint to Cone 3-75 squats, sprint back 75 more. Sprint to Cone 2-50 LBC’s sprint back 50 more. Sprint to Cone 1-25 merkins sprint back 25 more.
Pax take turns shuttleing 6 blocks while rest of pax does exercises. Jump rope, bear crawl, lunge walk, broad jump, Lt. Dans, karaoke.
Just enough time to play two hands of 5 card draw. Winning hand is the w/out. Second best is rep’s. Toomer 2nd best hand had aces in it. 100 monkey humpers!!!! 100 derkins (we thought about Betty Crocker) Ring of Fire style (thanks Flapper).
MARY: Yea!! Actually six minutes!! Q implored pax to please have exercise ready. No laying there saying“is it my turn? Let me go think…ummm”.
