THE THANG:
Thang 1: 5 exercises (Burpees, Lunges, SSH, Squats, Jump Rope.
Start with 1 of ea. (yes, seems dumb to do 1)
Repeat round but do 2 of ea. (still sorta lame)
Repeat round and do 3 of ea. (hummm)
Repeat round and do 4 of ea. ( okay, this is going to get hard).
Then BAM!!! 4 Burpees and EIGHT of the rest!! Then BAM!! 4 Burps, 8 Lunge, SIXTEEN of rest!!! Then BAM!!! 4 Burps, 8 Lunge, 16 SSH and THIRTY TWO OF THE REST!!! Rudder!! Are you crazy?!? Then the atomic bomb! Ka-BOOM!!! 4 Burps, 8 Lunge, 16 SSH, 32 Squats and SIXTY FOUR Jump ropes!!!

Thang 2: Bird Trivia (I really thought pre-blasting this would attract Snowden. It didn’t)
13 questions testing the pax knowledge of useless bird facts. Monk Parrots roam wild in NYC. Any question testing the smallness of a bird, the answer is going to be the hummingbird. A baby whopping crane looks like a horse. Don’t Fk with a Cassowary. A Kiwi lays the human equivalent of a 30 lb. egg! Side note: Cheesecake knows trickery. I guess you develop that raising 4 girls.
Thang 3: Sawmill poker. Yeah, we named it after us because it sucks!! 5 card draw. Winning hand is the losing hand. Pax does those exercises. HOWEVER!!! The second best hand is the rep number. FMJ learned the 3 aces doesn’t beat Cottontails straight, but it does beats the pax to death!!! Yep, 3 TIMES pax had to do 100 of something!! I think 100 Smurf Jack’s is a violation of the Geneva convention! SUCKED!!!
