WARMUP:
-SSH – 21 IC
-Through the tunnel- 21IC

-Speed bump to speed bump- high knees and butt kicks halfway each down and back
-Burpees – 12OYO
THE THANG:
-Split into 2 teams of 4 with a log each
-3 pax lifting the log at a time near log stack while the 4th man on each team runs down and back to the picnic shelter.
– Rotating through each pax, exercises with the log varied:
Curls
Overhead press
Squats
Bench press
At this point, I figured we should switch up how we moved the logs (they were light for 3 pax).
With a tow strap now attached to the log, Pax split into pairs and drug the log on the same picnic shelter path down and back. While waiting for their turn, the rest of the pax rotated through LBCs, merkins, iron cross, and planks.
Next, we moved the 5 logs to a new home (next to the coupons)
Finally we finished with a tethered Indian run around Trenholm park using the tow strap.
