THE THANG: mosey to collect blocks. Mosey to tennis courts. Dropped blocks at first station. As a group we did 20 Merkins in one corner of the court and ran to the next corner where we did 20 big boys. First person to finish got to choose the next work out for the group at the next corner on the court. We did 20 jumping squats for the first two rounds. When we all got back to the blocks we did 20 skull crushers and 20 burpees.
The last round we doubled up the numbers and did 40 of each.
We moseyed to the flag after securing the blocks and did a seven minute walk sit to conclude the morning.
