It is time, once again, for the downtown pax to add by division. Our beloved Brickpile has reached critical mass yet again, and our history makes it clear that when that happens a new AO is needed. So, F3 Columbia is finally planting a flag in the Old Woodlands / Hamptons area, and YHC, with the help of numerous other pax, will be taking the reigns in this new endeavor.
The new AO will be called The Woodshed, and will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 0530 at Woodlands Park off of Old Woodlands Road. Additionally, this AO will meet at 0700 on Saturdays, also at Woodlands Park. The Park is right next door to Meadowfield Elementary. See map below:

Basically, from downtown, take US-76 (Devine Street and/or Garner’s Ferry) towards the VA Hospital and USC School of Medicine. Turn Right on Old Woodlands Road. Then take the second Left onto Olde Knight Parkway. Those that live in the Old Woodlands and/or Hamptons areas should be familiar with the Park and the School.
This AO has the potential to be great. There are hundreds of people living back in the Old Woodlands and Hamptons areas, not mention the other neighborhoods close by (King’s Grant, St. Marx Woods, etc) and all the men back there need F3, whether they know it yet or not.
Start spreading the word. Start EH-ing anyone and everyone you can think of to come to the Woodshed.
Official launch is August 30, 2014.
Prepare for your whoopin, cause you’re about to be taken to the Woodshed.
