Whatever was going on in the parking lot before YHC got there.
THE THANG:
YHC successfully fooled the PAX into thinking today was going to be a fun workout and instead unleashed the hurt with IPC week 0!

With the exception of Fallout who did the workout as stated on the website the PAX divided the workout into 6 rounds of 12 reps each exercise and one round of 13 to acquire the appropriate rep count.
