Start with the standard 10 Burpee warmup, then get into some new stuff SSH, TTH, and Arm Circles
THE THANG: Mosey to Daly with some stops along the way. Proceed to draw Mickey face and ears doing assorted agility work, sprinting, and stopping periodically for 10 Merkins, 20 LBCs, and 10 Squats. PAX got the Disney trivia question correct, so no Burpees along the route.
After we finished Mickey we moseyed down Murray to Adger for a suprise of bricks at the top of Berkeley hill. Run the hill 5 times with the bricks and perform exercises to spell out M-O-U-S-E. Merkins for M, Overhead Press for O, Upright Row for U, Side Raises for S, and we decided to finish E back at the AO.
Run back down Adger to the AO. Finish with Merkin Ladder (E)xercises because I can’t think of E stuff:
10 Single Count Merkins, 10 Raise the Roof, 9, Single Count Merkins, 9 Raise the Roof, etc. all the way down to 0.
