Since we didn’t have time to complete this epic workout during the week, I thought it fitting to bring it back for a Saturday beat down. It was an awesome should beat down that the pax enjoyed immensely!

Mosey to the hill for 11s consisting of Merkins and Iron Crosses.
Mosey to block pile and hand out one per pax. Pair up in groups of 2 on the line for the following:
Round 1 – Partner 1 karaokes across the soccer field to the goal and back while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 44x Double Block Declines
- 88x Big Boy Sit Ups (feet in block)
- 132x Dips
Round 2 – Partner 1 block carries across the soccer field (about 90%) while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 44x Blockees
- 88x Jumbo Flutter kicks
- 132x Block Benchpresses
Round 3 – Partner 2 over head carries block and leaves it at the end and runs back while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 44x block Squats
- 88x incline merkins
- 132x V-Ups
