2020 New Years Day F3 Lexington Convergence!

Its time to Kick Off 2020 with a Convergence with all your F3 Lexington Brothers!

When: New Years Day: Wednesday, January 1, 2020 from 7am – 8am

Where: Lexington High School Track

Workout Options/QICs:

This years workout will be Q’d by our New AOQ’s from Shawshank, CAT, Hollow and Arena.

The format will be a traditional rotation through stations with running and “Boneyard” options at each station

Ultimate Frisbee will be an option for those so inclined

All other Lexington AOs will be closed.

Crank up the EH machine. SadClowns are starting to think about their weight loss and fitness resolutions. With no accountability, we all know how those resolutions fade quickly by the end of January. You know they are out there, invite them and let them see the impact F3 can have on their lives.
