Q: heehaw, Silver Bullet, Odyssey, Chewy, Ash, Bloodwork (Woodshed), Pondo, Silent Bob
Hee Haw took us to the bus loop for some Side Straddle Hops, etc. during the opening 5 minutesTHE THANG:
Each former AOQ had 5 minutes to Q in chronological order beginning with Hee Haw (and skipping Pondo’s incomplete first term)
5:00-10:00 (Hee Haw) – Partners split time running around the bus loop and doing AMRAP merkins then squats
10:00-15:00 (Silver Bullet) – Everyone got a turn sledgehammering a pair of tires while the waiting PAX lunged/bear crawled across the field
15:00-20:00 (Odyssey) – Partners alternated doing flutter kicks and counted exercises beginning with 100 combined merkins and then 50 burpees
20:00-26:00 or so… (Chewy) – XXL Suicide run from someone’s driveway to Queens Way and back, then Prince Wales, then Chambly. This proved time-consuming and fast PAX were punished by having to mosey back to the rest of the group who stopped at the parking lot next to the playground.
26:00-30:00 (Ash) – EMOM 5 burpees + 15 squats + hold high-plank until the next round. We only had time for 3 rounds after re-gathering the group and explaining the exercise
30:00-35:00 (Blood Work) – PAX made one long line down the road and did hip mobility across the street and back x2. We finished with some well-aimed monkey humpers just in time for some Rogue runners.
35:00-40:00 (Pondo) – A mosey back to the AO and some Mary. Ukrainian Hammers, LBCs, Flutter Kicks, and after a delay that made everyone nervous for time… a gut-wrenching round of Boat/Canoe.
40:00-45:00 (Silent Bob) – Burpees, Squats, Freddie Mercurys, and more Burpees.
I definitely missed some other Burpees that were done along the way, but you get the idea!
