WARMUP: Various twenty count stuff then five burpees
THE THANG: Run around Shandon, then stopping and performing various twenty count stuff to hit all muscle groups. Spend the last 10 minutes in the grass as partners change up squats for one lap around the field. The grass was nice and wet.
MARY: Final 1.75 minutes were LBCs.
