THE THANG: Ginsu woke up sick and so the Pax was left to wonder what he might do, so we did lots of flutter kicks! Basically went right out of the parking lot with visits to the Animal Hospital Wall, burpees at the speed bump, Wall sits, LT Dan down Michigan, brief stops at the Sandbox and around for a full Lumen Loop. Tried to keep the runs short and sweet! It was nice to be joined by Seeker!
