WARMUP: Standard with added Mountain Climbers
THE THANG: Grab some bricks and line up in the end zone. Dodge Brickpile PAX and run to the opposing 40 (60 yards) for round of regular squats, catcher squats and jump squats. Back to the end zone for some Burpes. Run to the 40 for another round of squats, back to endzone for Burpes then to the 20 for final round of squats. Repeat running drill with bricks for a round of shoulder press, arm flutters and curls for the girls. Final round of running drills with crunches, iron crosses and Freddie Mercuries. Through in some 20, 20, 20’s after returning bricks before round of modified mountain climbers and shoulder touches. Wrap it all up with some stretching. Nice work out boys.
