THE THANG:
-Mosey to BHES parking lot
-Nine tennis balls atop nine cones strategically placed around parking lot
-As a group, go to each cone and execute exercises written on the tennis ball. Once exercise complete, mosey to next cone w/tennis ball and repeat thru all nine stations
-Exercises included: 100 SSHs, 50 Merkins, 25 WAMs/25 Iron Crosses, 25 Jump Squats, 40 4-count Rosalitas, 40 Carolina Dry Docks, 40 4-count Flutters,
40 4-count Mtn Climbers, and ?
