WARMUP: A classic warma-rama. In the rain!!! That’s right. Sawmill likes the suffering!! Bring on the SUCK!!
THE THANG: Mosey to the Snack Shack (where was Flapper?!?). YHC used sidewalk chalk and wrote down numbers 1, 3, 5, 9, 12, 20, 32, 44, 50. Then wrote Burpee beside number one. We did one Burpee rep. Then Pax had to write down an exercise beside the number three, and do one Burpee and three of the new exercises. Each time we added an exercise and did the entire round again. Compound interest! Thank you Betty Crocker. Made it all the way up to 44 (Calf Raises). Suck factor high. My favorite was the Up&Over’s.
