THE THANG:
YHC decided to pay a visit to one of two AOs that helped push him through his marathon training last year, the other being #the-wall. Without the support of this great group of men YHC would have never finished and most definitely would have not ran the time he did. Special shoutout to SweetTart whose friendship and planning helped get us trained to where we needed to be and to our rivalry of continually trying to out do one another in races and bootcamps.
Justification for the insanity and locations along the way. A penchant for splendor during big events, Maxcy-Gregg b/c I like parks, lived in Bates House for all four years of undergrad, we must honor the greatest AO there ever was and ever will be, #spur! Coker Life Science in honor of all the breast cancer cells I grew, exterminated with chemicals and western blots I ran in CLS 506 for my Master’s, spent a lot of time on the bottom floor of the library studying and worked for Biggie for the first year of my Mater’s in the Student Success Center, pass Sumwalt where I taught microbiology lab for a semester, pass the Science Technology Building where I teach Biochemistry Lab, Discovery Building to send good juju to the mouse colony I work with there. Horizon Building for my first ever undergraduate experience volunteering in a lab, Swearingen b/c my undergraduate and master degrees are in Biomedical Engineering, Catawba Building is where I first learned how to work with eukaryotic cells!!!
A few deviations from course due to a stopped train and construction. Wouldn’t be a USC worthy route without a train messing something up!

Wrap up COT as quickly as possible so we don’t give Cesspool time to give us a lecture. We finally got Tommy Boy on Slack!
