From home plate lunge walk with the blocks to 1st, do 20 curls, lunge walk to 2nd do 20 overhead press, lunge walk to 3rd do 20 squats, lunge walk back home. Drop the blocks, take a lap around the outfield. Rinse and repeat X 3 (increasing number of laps each time).
