11’s in March

Figured it was March so the Q brought some Basketballs to include in the workout.

Warm Up

Grab Basketballs

Through the Legs 20 count
Ball Taps (Heh) Above Head, Middle , Low

Mosey to end of parking lot dribbling with basketball Merkins mixed in.  2 Baskeball Burpees to end.

Mosey to Tennis Court to place BBalls

Mosey to Blocks (Place Blocks by Bleachers)

The Thang
I’m a big fan of 11’s. 10 reps of an exercise / 1 rep of another and decrease/increase by 1 rep

PAX were instructed there were 5 stations of “11’s”. The pax would do a 10/1 rep and move to the next station until the stations were completed for 1 lap.  Next lap would be 9/2 and so on.

Stations were:
Box Jumps / Big Bois
Pull-Ups / Iron Cross
Basketball Dribble / Burpee
Chest Press with Block / Lunge
Squat / Merkin

Collar and Ratatouille almost finished the circuit- Great job.

Ended with Passing BBalls around in a circle and calling out PAX name. It was a disaster.
