WARMUP: Duff made us have to do 5 burpees even before the opening prayer, mosey around the 1st island, circle up right next to the dry pavilion

THE THANG: 11’S
1ST 11 set started at the edge of the parking lot, pax Imperial Walkered into the pavilion to the tables and did 10 incline merkins, Imperial Walker back to the edge of the parking lot and do 1 Carolina Dry Dock rinse and repeat until you are at 1 incline merkin and 10 CDD
Plank until all pax are done, but since Shine was the only pax doing every rep correctly, pax ran around 2 islands to let him catch up
2nd 11 set same starting place this time lunge to the tables for 10 calf raises, lunge back and do 1 squat, rinse and repeat until you are at 1 calf raise and 10 squats
Run around 2 island
We finished with about 2 1/2 minutes of set ups
