Prayer Request: Our nation, state, and community during the COVID-19 pandemic and for the strength of F3 Lexington.

Moleskin: It has been roughly four weeks since COVID-19 has changed our way of life. YHC struggled with the “new normal” (and has continued to do so), but one of the positives has been maintaining some level of contact with each of my fellow pax. I know that a number of pax have not felt comfortable with the Zoom workouts, and I understand that thought, but without them we can quickly fall back into that sad clown lifestyle that we have worked so hard to beat back. Stay strong, keep fighting, and remember to take your daily red pill.
