A small but committed contingent of pax rose to join me for the 5:00 am zoom bootcamp. It was dry, shorts and t-shirt temps.
Started with prayer and disclaimer. Warm up included SSH, TTT, IW, LBAC (forward and reverse), WM, all 15 IC.
Next exercise was the circle burp, one burpee for each pax in attendance.
Workout consisted of a series of exercises, targeting a total body workout. The exercises were; 10 squat omc, 10 Bonnie Blair omc, 10 my climber ic, 10 Merkin omc, 10 Flutter kick ic, 10 bbsu omc, 10 American hammer ic, 10 hand release Merkin omc, 10 Mt climber ic, 10 lunge omc, 10 Bobby Hurley ic.
Next round went through all exercises increasing reap to 15.
Final round back through the exercises, 10 reps at a quicker pace.
Circle burp again.
