THE THANG: At Circus, lunge walk in a line where the last person does 10 merkins and then runs to the front of the line. Repeat (x2).
Curb merkins (5 each position).
Curb burpies (2 each position).
In the far grass, Teddy Rolls (10).

At front of the school: while one person runs around the front roundabout, the PAX does an exercise. Exercises are repeated so that the runner gets in one set. Squats. LBCs. SSH. Monkey humpers. Merkins.

Wall sits. L and R leg crossed.

Group runs at front:
Karaoke down & back.
Run backwards then front, down & back.
Down & back.

Shorter length:
5 merkins, bear crawl, 5 merkins, backward bear crawl, 5 merkins.
10 LBCs, crab walk, 10 LBCs, backward crab, 10 LBCs.

Back to AO:
Freddie Mercury (20). American hammers (20). Flutter kicks (21). For final minute: 6”, 90 degrees, 45 degrees.
