Cheers has been a long-time Shanker. He is consistent with his attendance, maximizes his efforts, but leaves a lot to be desired (TWSS) with his humor. All around solid guy and a huge asset to F3 Lexington. He and his M have been a long, tough journey for the past year or so. The end is near, and he should be back to blessing us with his presence soon. We, especially Ken Doll, have missed the little fella when he can’t post. Each time Cheers has to do the workout out at home, he asks for the weinke. Today, he posted a creepy pic of himself, caught on someone’s security camera, doing the workout with us. Well, my good buddy was supposed to Q today but duties at home required he remain there instead. What better way to honor this HIM than do one of his all-time great workouts…CLAM-DIP-SODA…with a twist.
3 pax posted for SL and ran a mostly flat route through all of the humidity Lexington has to offer in the early hours of summer mornings. Boy, was it moist (TWSS) today. This flat route sucks if only for the reason we had two opportunities to head back to Shawshank but instead hosed things up by running in the opposite direction for some reason. What a mind game that was.
Back to bootcamp. Pax were pouring into the parking light right on time, except for 1. Ol’ Good Hands rolled in a few minutes late and proceeded to run to the wrong field before being flagged down to join the fun. It is great to have GH back in the fold. Great laugh, okay goatee, solid dude.

A – Australian snow angels quickly modified into American Hammers x 50 2 ct.
M – 50 merkins
lap around the field and then flutter kicks until the 6 returned
D – decline merkins x 50
I – incline merkins x 50
P – plank jacks x 50
lap around the field
S – squats x 50
O – overhead carry block across the field
D – dips x 50
S – shoulder press x 50 (this is where the twist came in, forgot the last )
Recover and return blocks.
Mosey to the stairs for 50 calf raises. Recover and return to the flag.
