10 Years at Turning Point

19 pax celebrated 10 years F3TurningPoint with a tag team Q from the former and current AOQs. Here is what went down:

  • SSH x 10 (IC?)
  • Plank walk left on planter
  • 5 merkins OYO
  • Through the Tunnel x 10 IC
  • Plank walk right on planter

  • Plank walk left then right on planter

Canseco:

Mosey down the ramp to basketball court.

  • High plank 30 seconds,
  • then alternating R leg, L arm, L leg and R arm held into air x 10 seconds each, individually at a time.
  • Merkins OYO x 10
  • Transition onto your 6.
  • Heel touches OYO x 25
  • Flutter kicks OYO x 25
  • Box cutters OYO X 25
  • Canseco special…. Extend arms overhead and legs out straight. Bring them all together overhead to meet, touching hands to feet IC x 10 “Feet touching hands”…. Unofficial name

Booster:

Mosey to steps, couple laps up and down the steps.

Head to upper basketball court and plank on baseline.

  • Lunge to half court and back.
  • Run to halfcourt and back, run full court and back.
  • Bear crawl to half court and back,
  • run a traditional suicide.

Mosey back to stairs and split to groups of 2.

  • Group 1 starts at upper stairs, does 5 burpees and come down stairs.
  • Group 2 does 5 squats and bunny hops up the stairs
  • flap jack until time is called

ET:

Mosey to one side of track

  • 1s run across the field to the other side while
  • 2s perform workout designated by Dice of Death.
  • Then 2s run while 1s preform workout.

1st set – Merkins
2nd set – Squats
3rd set – Lunges
4th set – Mountain Climbers

Quisenberry:

Mozey around the track to the far corner for 1 Lap of Kamikaze.

We talked about how the Battle of the Midway as the “Turning Point” of WWII.

F3 can also serve as a “Turning Point” in the life of a Sad Clown as they accelerated all 3 Fs.

But have you had that Turning Point in your life with God?  That moment where you realized that you were heading the wrong direction, plant your foot, and turn around to go the other way just like we did on the basketball court with Booster.

The word Repent is a military term to mean an about face, 180 degree turn. To turn from living for yourself, to living for God.
