Toot Toot – the Blueberry Train rolled through the Woodshed this morning, and pulled in a surprise visitor as the Supreme Leader himself, SweetTart honored us with his presence. 9 pax shook off the weekend and the lingering effects of a more Bullish than usual Bull yesterday with a bracing beatdown at the ‘Shed.
WARMUP: 20 Sidestraddle Hops, 20 Imperial Walkers, Little Baby Arm Circles (10 forward, 10 back, 10 overhead claps & 10raise the roofs), 20 Windmills (all in cadence) , then 20 Squats OYO
THE THANG: Formed up into 2 lines and Indian-Ran down to the lower playground. Knocked out 3 sets of 5 pullups and 20 ‘Mericans – 15 total pullups and 60 total ‘Mericans. Moseyed over to the parking lot and paired up for a Dora – partners alternated running up to the top of the lot with exercises: 100 ‘mericans, 200 LBCs and 300 squats. Moseyed over to the tennis courts and knocked out two suicides, then moseyed back to the upper field for some Mary: 25 LBCs, 10 Teddy Rocks, 10 dbl count Teddy Rolls, 20 Gazan Twists in cadence and 20 FLutterkicks in cadence. Jailbreak to flag – YHC was left in the dust and could not tell who won the race, but Pondo , Silent Bob & SweetTart were pickin’ them up & puttin’ them down – it was a #strongfinish.
