Rinse and repeat another round
At the amphitheater going up the levels:
– 20 split-leg squats (10 each leg)
– 20 showgirls (10 each leg)
– 20 calf raises
– 20 split-leg squats
– 20 showgirls
On a hill: 10 short burpees at the top, 9 at the bottom, back to the top for 8 and so on down to 1 rep.
Back to the amphitheater for another round as described above.
