Fun times were had today, despite missing a few regulars. There were 5 for SL and everyone got after it during bootcamp. Also, great to finally have Revere for a BC!
The Thang:
Mosey to field and circle up:
SSH X10IC, Merkins X10IC, Air Squats X15IC,
Burpee and core Ladder:
Line up at light pole backpedal for 50yrds perform 10 burpees, run back to start and perform 15IC Mt. Climbers.
Rinse and repeat for 8, then 6, then 4, then 2 Burpees (always doing 15IC Mt. Climbers at the start.
The real Thang:
Grab a block and put it on midfield line of soccer field then return to goal line.
Run to block at midfield and perform 5 blockees and 5 thrusters. then run to opposite goal line and do 15 IC Parker Peters, then run back to starting goal line where we do 15 IC Plank Jacks (every time down and back you are stopping for 5 Thrusters and 5 blockees). 60 Total reps of blockees and Thrusters (10 per round).
Rinse and repeat for 6 rounds.
Recover and mosey back to flag
