Mosey back to the meet point grabbing a block on the way. Pair up in groups of 2 for the following.
Round 1 – Partner 1 karaokes across the parking lot and back while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 60x Double Block Declines
- 120x Golden Arches (2 blocks vertical, on your back, feet up and over both blocks is one rep)
- 180x Dips
Round 2 – Partner 1 block carries across the parking lot (about 90%) while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 60x Blockees
- 120x CFTGs
- 180x Block Benchpresses
Round 3 – Partner 2 farmers carries 2 blocks across the parking lot (about 80%) while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 60x Bouncey Squats
- 120x Feet Out In Up Down
180x Calf Raises
We ran out of time and didn’t get to the calf raises. Return the blocks and meet back at the flag.
