Arrive at Retreat Lane and perform circuits uphill including Bear Crawl, Lunge Walk, Broad Jump Burpees and Sprints.

Run to top of Retreat Lane for quick ab circuits.

Mosey back to Shovel Flag with multiple stops along way for various exercises (including Side Straddle Hop, Imperial Walker, Monkey Humper, Slow Fast Merkins, Burpees)
