What a day it was at the Shank on this fine morning! As YHC pulled into the parking lot at 4:50a for StrideLite, it looked like the makings of a convergence. The pax came out ready as 11 arrived early for the extra miles. This trend continued all the way up to the start of Boot Camp, as 16 pax in total put in solid work today toward betterment! This included an FNG, welcome Chester! The plan today was simple (for an average mind), hammer the arms with our new blocks. Admittedly YHC forgot just how obese some of these beefy blocks are, but that didn’t stop the pax from showing off like studs. As for the workout, here is how it went:

Mosey to the Block Stash and line up on the Sidewalk
Back and forth ladder
Start on the Sidewalk. 3 Big Light Poles to the front and 3 to the rear. Ladder back and forth until completing all 3 in each direction. x5 Thrusters to start, every time you cross the Sidewalk, and to finish.
Light Pole Exercises
– 1st Light Pole x10 OHP
– 2nd Light Pole x15 Curls
– 3rd Light Pole x20 Shoulder to Shoulder (over and back is one)
