WARM UP
Run from the Depot Trash Truck, circle up, disclaimer, and then the following old standards:
- SSH’s x 10 IC
- TTT x 10 IC
- Little Baby Arm Circles x 10 IC Forward +Backward
- Indian Run the “Big Loop”, grab blocks and assemble on the “skintag” of asphalt by the track
THE THANG
After the shitshow that was the Buddy Love Q on Tuesday, YHC thought it was appropriate to take things up a notch and do something totally original….groundbreaking even. Since there was no backblast from Tuesday’s nonsense, I think future F3ers looking back on this for generations to come will agree of the seminal (#TWSS) nature of today’s Q. Hopefully these words and more importantly the deeds of the men today will be remembered well into the future…long after the statues of YHC have been torn down and his name removed from the outhouses they graced, due to some unfortunate Twitter blunder that is likely to happen.
But I digress….
Today’s one-of-a-kind workout was pretty simple. Complete up to 10 rounds of exercises (see pic below), with a lap around the track and a max out on pull ups along the way.
