WARMUP: SSH, TTT, Arm Circles, Reverse, OH Clap, RTR
THE THANG: Grab bricks and run to the bottom of Liberal Hill. At the bottom do 10 Burpees, run up the hill, do 15 OH Claps and 15 Sun Gods with bricks, run down to end of N Tombee Ln and do 10 Imperial Squatwalkers, run to Tombee Place and do 15 Merkins, line up and do Bearpees to the second driveway. Rinse and repeat and try to do 2 more circuits as fast as possible. Hold air chair for the six. 10 Brickees at the top of hill and run back to COT and drop off bricks. 20 Russian Twist OYO, 15 Burpees to finish.
