THE THANG: Ran to BHES; at various points stopped and did exercises; continued to run “around” school and did exercises. Ran back to AO and grabbed coupons. Executed 3 rounds of: Goblet Squats (15 Reps)/Curls (15 Reps)/Flutters holding coupon. (25 Reps)/Chest Presses (50 Reps). Ran across parking lot-5 Reps of exercise-ran back across parking lot- 10 reps of same exercise (3 rounds);
Ended with best crawl/crab walk across length of parking lot.
