THE THANG: Mosey to Oakhurst and stop at top/bottom each hill and intersection for work. 10 Arms/upper body, 20 Abs, 30 leg exercises at stop. Increasing by 10 each stop for three evolutions. Rinse and repeat another three evolutions. Until we’ve worked our way back out. Mixed in some burpees and variations thereof throughout for a fabulous windy morning.
