Today’s workout was inspired by my 2.0. He wanted to play battleship last night – so we did. So today’s workout was based off the game.

We knocked out some calf raises, then finished the loop at the courtyard. Teams were divided and a game of F3 battleship was played where the letters were the exercises and the numbers were the reps…

I will say it was fairly lopsided – and I was on the losing end. But since we had fun and got some work in, everyone won! The final ship, the submarine, was sunk right on time and we finished up at the shovelflag.
